I strive to ensure meal plans work for each of my client's preferences and lifestyle, taking into account not only food groups and vitamins and minerals but also more personal matters such as cost, culture and cuisine, allergies and cooking practicalities.

Nutritional coaching

We will talk about your past and current diet, your level of activity, whether you may find it helpful to start a food diary. Depending on your goal orientation, you may want to find some motivational pictures to keep you inspired. We will then agree on a realistic time frame to reach these goals.
